Leasing Agent - Lompoc - Temp to Hire - $10 per hour, plus commissions and clothing allowance
Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm

Responsibilities:
Sale rental units to prospective clients
Work with manager as a back-up
Take work orders for maintenance department
Walk prospective tenants through units
Take rental payments
Process rental applications
Answer phones
Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Prior experience desirable
Two to three years office experience requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
