RECRUITER / CANDIDATE SOURCER

Our Recruiter / Sourcer will be on the front line of all of our hiring initiatives, providing proactive sourcing to enhance the recruitment process and add value to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Create fantastic job postings.
Identify, screen and submit qualified candidates to the Excel Team based on the provided job description.
Work closely with recruiters, sales and managers who you support.
Research and network with passive candidates.
Develop robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest.
Source candidates with the appropriate skills and knowledge for open jobs using various recruiting methods.
Search on traditional and non-traditional data sources such as job boards, internal databases, search engines, social media, referrals, etc.
Conduct initial phone interviews to engage and qualify candidates.
Develop candidate pipelines for open and future job opportunities.
Stay up to date on current sourcing industry trends and changes.

Requirements:

Strong background in research
Knowledge of social medial (Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook)
Strong mentoring skills
Strong knowledge of search techniques
Demonstrate excellent research and hunting skills via internet, phone or other channels
Possess a strong sense of urgency and juggle multiple positions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High energy, drive and goal oriented
Love connecting with people


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
