About the Position:
As a Physical Therapist at LVMC, you'll play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical well-being.
You'll work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals in our 60-bed hospital to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop customized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility and alleviate pain
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for continued improvement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California
- CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
