com As a Customer Experience Specialist in Firearms/Sporting Goods, you are responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience in the Firearms/Sporting Goods departments.
You will support a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensure an extraordinary shopping experience for our customers.
You'll know which products will meet customer's needs and stay up to date on product knowledge.
You will organize and maintain firearms in all locations within the store to include the Firearms Counter and Firearms Vault.
You will ensure that 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately as well receive incoming firearms using logbooks and electronic systems.
With your knowledge and helpful suggestions, customers will continue to shop the Exchange.

Excellent attention to detail Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members Excellent communication skills Basic computer skills 12 months Retail experience preferred THIS POSITION IS FOR THE FIREARMS COUNTER AND REQUIRES A NACI BACKGROUND CHECK TO BE ELIGIBLE.
Must be age 21.
Must pass an initial drug test prior to being placed into the position.
The requirement outlined in the Exchange Drug Free Workplace Program would then apply.
Drug testing only applies to the Sales Associate position.
Must be willing to actively engage in the selling of firearms.
THIS IS A REGULAR PART TIME POSITION - WEEKLY HOURS RANGE FROM 20 - 34 ROTATING SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO OPERATIONAL NEEDS.
